Our Story
Why we built CareLive.
It started with a simple, uncomfortable truth: the people we love were getting diagnosed years too late.
THE SPARKNine in ten adults carry hidden CKM risk — including our own families.
When the American Heart Association defined CKM syndrome in 2023, the numbers were staggering: nearly 90% of adults already on the scale, most feeling perfectly healthy. Our founders looked at their own parents — hypertension found "by accident", diabetes caught years late — and asked why healthcare only begins after disease.
THE INSIGHTThe data to act early already exists — it's just never connected.
Clinically validated devices measure blood pressure, weight, heart rhythm and sleep every day. Doctors know the staging framework. Insurers and employers carry the cost of late intervention. What was missing was a platform that connects them — one continuous, consented, stage-aware record per person.
THE BUILDBuilt in Hong Kong, with medicine, academia and wellness at the table.
CareLive was created by Be All Concepts Limited in Hong Kong — a city at the crossroads of Eastern and Western medicine — together with partners across medicine, nursing research, fitness and preventive health: from the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine to PolyU's School of Nursing, from clinics to fitness academies.
TODAYOne platform, two roles, worldwide ambition.
Today CareLive serves individuals who want to know their stage — and organisations who want to keep their people in the pre-disease window. From Hong Kong to mainland China and beyond, our mission is unchanged: healthcare, before disease.
